Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 7 November 2026 · Shqip

These terms cover your use of next-site.org and the work we do for clients. We have kept them short and in plain language.

1. Who we are

NextSite.al is the brand of a design and development studio based in Albania, run by its co-founders Irsian Hashorva and Ersi Spiro. “We” means the two of us; “you” means you as a visitor or client. You can reach us by email at nextsite.al1@gmail.com or by direct message on Instagram at @nextsite.al.

2. Using this website

The website presents our services and work. Its information is general, may change, and is not an offer we are bound by. Do not use the website or its forms to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content, or try to interfere with its operation or security.

Projects shown here are real work by NextSite.al. We link to client websites and social platforms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

3. How a project starts

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to work together. A project starts only when you accept our written proposal. The proposal sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule, and these terms apply to it unless it says otherwise. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal applies.

4. What we need from you

  • Accurate information, and content, access and feedback in the timeframes we agree.
  • Rights to everything you give us, such as text, images, logos and data. You remain responsible if your content infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law.
  • Responsibility for your own business and how it complies with the law, including your own privacy notices, terms, consumer information and licences. We build what we agree with you, but we do not give legal advice.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, deposits, payment dates and any taxes are set out in the proposal. We may pause work while a payment is overdue, and we will tell you before we do. Paused work can move the timeline.

6. Changes and delays

Work outside the agreed scope is agreed separately, in writing, before we do it, and may change the price and timeline. Timelines are our honest estimates. They depend on you providing what we need on time, and we will tell you if a date is at risk.

7. Other companies’ services

Projects often rely on services we do not control, such as hosting, domains, app stores, payment providers, email and AI or other APIs. Their own terms and prices apply. We are not responsible for their outages, decisions or changes, including an app store rejecting a release.

8. Who owns the work

Unless the proposal says otherwise, the rights in the final work we create for you pass to you once it has been paid for in full. Until then, you may use it only to review it.

We keep our general tools, code libraries, methods and know-how, and you may use any of them that are part of your project as part of that project. Open-source software, fonts, stock media and similar third-party items stay under their own licences. You keep everything you owned before the project.

The design, code, text, illustrations and logos on this website belong to NextSite.al or to the clients whose work is shown. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.

9. Showing finished work

Once a project is public, we may show it, with your business name, in our portfolio and marketing. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing and we will stop or not start. We will not publish anything you have told us is confidential.

10. Confidentiality

We each keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project, unless the law requires otherwise. Personal data you give us to process on your behalf is handled according to your instructions, under a separate agreement where the law requires one.

11. What we do not promise

We work carefully, to the agreed scope. We do not promise specific business results, such as sales, search rankings, traffic or app store approval, and no software can be guaranteed to be free of every error or to be completely secure. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the work is not covered by ongoing maintenance after handover.

If something we delivered does not match the agreed scope, tell us promptly and we will put it right. Separately, you keep any rights the law gives you.

12. Ending a project

Either of us can end a project in writing if the other seriously breaks the agreement and does not fix it after being asked. In any case where a project ends early, you pay for the work done up to that point, and rights pass for the work you have paid for. Anything else about cancellation is set out in the proposal.

13. Liability

The website is provided as it is, and we are not liable for losses from relying on its general information. For project work, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. If you are a business, we are also not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data.

None of this limits liability for fraud, intentional harm, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

14. If you are a consumer

Our services are mainly for businesses. If you hire us as an individual for purposes outside your trade or profession, nothing in these terms takes away the rights consumer law gives you, and any limit above applies only as far as that law allows.

If the contract was concluded entirely at a distance, for example by email or online, you can withdraw from it within 14 calendar days, without penalty and without giving a reason, where the law gives you that right. The period starts when the contract is concluded, or when you have received the required information if that is later. Tell us in writing to withdraw.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact us by email at nextsite.al1@gmail.com or by direct message on Instagram at @nextsite.al and we will try to resolve it directly. Consumers can also go to the consumer protection authorities in their country.

16. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Law, courts and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes that we cannot resolve directly go to the courts of Tirana. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim where those laws allow.

These terms are also available in Albanian. If the two versions differ, the English version applies, as far as the law allows. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. A project keeps the version in force when you accepted its proposal, unless we both agree otherwise.
