Overview

A city reporting system for Elbasan. Citizens report a problem with one photo, the municipality triages it with AI help, and field teams fix it and verify the result.

A full bin, a burst pipe or a broken pavement usually means a phone call that goes nowhere. Sinjalizo gives every problem a case number and shows every step from report to repair, under the line “Qyteti flet. Në dëgjojmë.”

Three sides share one system. Citizens report, the municipality's command center triages, and field teams get a daily route. A case closes only when citizens confirm it was fixed, and the results are public.

AI suggests the category and the department, and the person always makes the decision.

From receipt to assignment, work in progress, repair and verification, with times shown.

A live queue of cases with deadlines at risk, AI suggestions and handover between institutions.

Each team sees today's tasks in order, with distance, time and urgent cases flagged.
